Fractal Riftech
Fractal Riftech is a post-apocalyptic, dystopian labyrinth inspired by the work of Piranesi, a world where everything is reversed; upside down. Set in an imaginary futuristic landscape where the heart of the world suffered an explosion, scattering fragments of what used to be into space. At the core, life has begun to flourish again within a cave, nature growing among the debris. Consequently, life and all living things became dependant on technology as their source of energy, maintaining their artificial growth. As you venture out into the world, moving away from the core, it transitions into clusters of mechanical remains, some inhabited and others yet to be discovered.
We envisioned a journey through the space that makes it fun and unique, much like a gallery. The path brings you to different interesting areas, discovering new corners each time where you can enjoy exhibitions, experience encounters and connect. Similar to the The Naked City, a 1957 book by Guy Dubord, it’s about a journey within space, in a sort of nomadic way. It’s a maze within a maze..
